Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using WasteMagic. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any part of WasteMagic, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you are using WasteMagic on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. WasteMagic is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access that is not our fault.
3. Listings and Marketplace
When you list an item on WasteMagic, you confirm that you have the right to sell or exchange that item, the item is accurately described and photographed, the price is honest and fair, and you will fulfill the transaction in good faith once agreed with a buyer.
4. Prohibited Content
You may not list or sell counterfeit, stolen, or illegal items. You may not post misleading descriptions or photographs. You may not use WasteMagic to harass, deceive, or harm other users. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
5. WasteCoins
WasteCoins are virtual tokens earned through recycling and eco-actions on the platform. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real currency. WasteMagic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the WasteCoins program at any time.
6. Transactions
WasteMagic facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction. Any dispute between users must be resolved between the parties themselves. We strongly recommend meeting in safe public locations for in-person exchanges.
7. AI Analysis
Our AI analysis tools provide automated suggestions for item category, condition, and pricing. These are estimates only and should not be relied upon as professional valuations. WasteMagic does not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated content.
8. Intellectual Property
By uploading content to WasteMagic, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content. The WasteMagic platform, brand, and codebase remain our exclusive intellectual property.
9. Limitation of Liability
WasteMagic is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WasteMagic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of WasteMagic after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
